  • Effortless setup: After placing your order, our dedicated onboarding and engagement specialists within our Patient Services Team take over, guiding your patients through every step of the setup process. From unboxing to initial configuration, we ensure a smooth and intuitive start.
  • Personalized training: Patients receive personalized training to familiarize themselves with the features of DIGITIVA. Our Patient Services Team provides clear, easy-to-follow instructions to ensure they are comfortable and confident using the system.

  • Direct assistance: Patients have access to direct, one-on-one support from our knowledgeable Patient Services Team. Whether they have questions about the DIGITIVA Mobile App or need help with the CORE 500TM Digital Stethoscope, expert assistance is just a call away. 
  • Patient Services Team: Support will be available Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm (excluding holidays). 
 
  • Product and technical support will be available Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST (excluding holidays)
